• Carbon-monoxide detector – There are 3 carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home (on both floors) including one that is Wi-Fi connected to alert the homeowner of any trouble.

Suitability

• wheelchair inaccessible – Although the main floor is expansive and plenty large for a wheelchair, including bathroom. But you must go up some shallow steps from parking lot to walkway and up 3 shallow porch steps.
